They sent the wrong item and i have been calling daily for 8 days now trying to get the correct item.... its has been an awful experience. It was also not a cheap item and was shipped freight so I have a large thing in my garage taking up space and I cant even get a hold of the right person to fix this mess. Worst experience in a long time.

One Star is overly Generous. This retailer has the absolute worst customer service in the United States. If you have a problem they will take their own sweet time to address it, in my case almost 60 days, then never ship the replacement item, send you a tracking number, and close the case. Guess what, never received the item, Item returned by the shipper according to them. 46 day delay in shipping is due to the manufacturer, and sorry you case was closed by accident. By accident is the only way anyone should buy anything from these people. STAY AWAY. Buy it from AMAZON.
