1 hour and 20 min from the time they started to time finished changing 2 car tires. That was after waiting to just get it in the door. It was absolutely painful to watch them change the tires. No one was even concerned about how long it was taking and I told them to skip the inspection because I think I would have had to stay the night. I am not being sarcastic when I say my daughter could have changed them faster with 2 bars and a hand pump. It was the most unorganized display of tire changing I have ever witnessed. The mechanic was very nice and I do believe he was trying but there was a lack of supervision, offers of help and most obviously didn't care that he was lacking knowledge and time management skills. I hope they can figure out that they need some education and help or business will not be good. I will not go back for service there anytime soon.
