Bed was comfy and staff was polite. Very Small room.
Untrained staff don’t know how to explain rates. I was charged for an extra night because the receptionist didn’t know how to do her job. There was no way I could get a refund. Do not come here.
Desk agent was wonderful. Super friendly. Our room was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised.
Room was freezing! I got up at midnight to get extra blankets.
The staff was friendly and the room was average. I left my sleep apnea machine in the room (shame on me). When I called the hotel 12 hours later when I realized I forgot it, they did not have it, SHAME ON THEM! So I am rating them a 1 based on the integrity of their employees. Done staying at Super 8.
