I was terribly disappointed in going in to purchase a gun. The wait was long and when I was finally helped, it was a different rifle than was advertised. When I pointed this out, the sales person said he would need to send someone to the backroom to see if they had the gun back there, after another long wait, I was told they probably didn't have any back there anyhow. If you advertise it, I believe you should have it or order it. Being upfront and honest with a client will ensure a return visit of a customer. Being treated like I was, ensures I will take my business elsewhere. They did get one star as the store appears to have a good inventory.
