Very picky on who can live there. Always threaten legal action if a couple days late on payments.

Neighbors let their kids run everywhere without supervision. Neighbors also don't seem to care what time it is when they are playing music at the highest possible volume. The popular phrase with park management is "That's not my problem." Park requires background check, but that really only means the person applying had to go through that check. Many people live in the trailers with no background check.
