Our food was awful and took too long. Our chicken nuggets were cold and rubbery from sitting in the warmer all morning. It was really gross. My cheeseburgers were flattened and also cold. They were dry and nasty. The fries were overcooked. The one saving grace was that the Grilled Chicken was fresh, but only because we had to wait for them to make a new one.
I had been on the road for a few hours . My family was starving ! So we stopped at this location .... one of my double burgers only had one patty .... my husband didn’t get his sauce with his nuggets . And even though I asked for no pickles or onions on my kids burgers, they BOTH HAD PICKLES AND ONIONS . Wasn’t impressed AT ALL. Simple mistakes that could be avoided by simply reading ticket messages.
Moving on. The staff ignored me for a solid 3-4 minutes. As the flies buzzed around my head and a terrifying young lady running food snarled at her co-workers, I did consider leaving. But something kept me there to see this thing through. Terrifying is an understatement. When the cashier did finally acknowledge me, she glared through me, deep down to my most inner soul. She scowled with pure hatred of my simple presence. She didn't even need to say anything, and by co-incidence she didn't.
The restaurant was dirty. There were many flies. The tables were messy going into the lunch rush. Luckily there were not many customers. And what is the deal with the pop machine? Who made the decision to put all of the pop nozzles into one spout? Why does it have a disgusting touch screen that is always sticky? How has this device improved any aspect of getting food? It hasn't, it is shtick and gimmicky.
To me, Burger King is the gold standard of bad fast food. I don't know why I continue to go there. In that sense, they win. But this experience went above and beyond anything I have seen. I can forgive the bad parking lot, the flies, and the bad food. But I can't forgive the downright nasty service. I mean, it was REALLY bad.
After dodging some cars in the drive-thru. I got back into my car with my family to hit the road. No napkins.
There is a lot of bad going on here and I will actually begin on the street. The restaurant is difficult to access. The parking lot is overrun with potholes and has a poor layout. You need to cross drive-thru traffic in order to enter the restaurant.
Food was cold pls poor service cashier didn't even acknowledge we were there tables were awful restrooms were disgusting will not be going back there
I got my ranch though.
Now to the bathroom. Why is everything wet? They don't have any paper towels and the air-dryer is too weak to get your hands dry.
Terrible.
Devin waited on us excellently with outstanding customer service. I wish all employees were just like him!!
They were able to get my food out though. They did the thing were they call your number and then run away so you can't ask for anything else. But I was persistent and wanted some ranch. When I asked, I thought the lady was going to punch me in the face. She was so mad that she slammed her bag down, it was very strange. I thanked her with some ironic enthusiasm but she ignored me. But, then I ecstatically wished her a nice day and I got a response and got a curt "you too".
Three adults, 3 meals and drinks, took 15 minutes to get our food. We all wanted iced tea. It wasn't available so had to make a different choice from what was available. When our number was called for the food, the young man behind the counter apologized for the delay. The food was barely warm. The ketchup was also empty so needed several packets of that. There were 7 people working that I could see and besides us, only 5 other patrons. Sorry Jamestown Burger King...NOT impressed.
