Just spoke with a lady about renting a unit, preferably a townhouse or house with a yard. I gave her some information about myself and husband. I mentioned we have a black lab as we need a place that will allow her as well. The lady I spoke with continued to tell me she has a tenant with a black lab however thinks my similar dog due to her size would not work with her unit's size. If you don't have anything like that available, just say so. But don't tell me someone else has a dog like mine in one of your units and then tell me us and our dog won't work in your units.
