I was traveling westbound on I-94 @ 6:48 AM Wednesday morning @77 MPH when I came up on a Highway Patrol car going 70 - 73 MPH. I passed him and he moved over to the left lane and followed me for about a mile before turning his lights on. He claimed my license plate was obscured. I replied that he just used that as an excuse to stop me and that made him angry. He continued to be disrespectful and had the demeanor of a punk.
