Absolutely loved my stay here. I was treated with the upmost respect from the time I walked into the emergency room to the time I was admitted and left the hospital. The doctors that did my c-section were very helping, caring, and reassuring especially seeing that I was having an emergency c-section. They nurses who treated me afterwards were spectacular. Very patient and loving. Nothing ever took them long, very fast and productive. I thank God that there are still men and women around that are as motivated and dedicated to the job as the workers that have been treating me the past four days. I would definitely recommend Jamestown Regional Medical Center to friends and family!!
I went here to get my cauliflower ear drained, spent 5 hours sitting in the er for them to send me home saying there is nothing they can do. Billed me $311 for me to go home get my own needle and drain it myself. Like everyone else says, this hospital is a joke.
Fiancee got glass and hand and thought hand was broken. Waited 30 minutes on a non busy day and physician came in and rubbed the glass further in her hand. Then told her nothing they could do and sent her home. Will be going to a different hospital from now on. Jamestown is the new deadcenter one.
Took my boyfriend to Emergency Room and the doctor didn't even have to decency to come into the room to examine him! He stood out in the hallway with his arms crossed and said "What's wrong?" We tried to explain to him why my boyfriend was there and he just said "I will prescribe you cream" and he just walked away!!! He didn"t even look at my boyfriend's skin!! We tried asking him questions and he just walked away!!! HOW RUDE!!!!!! I thought doctors were suppose to examine you and show compassion!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!! I'm sure the Insurance company will be billed a pretty penny for the visit that technically didn't happen!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!And f it was up to me this hospital wouldn't get 1 star!!!
Brought my daughter to this hospital today after they seen her Friday and sent her home. Took her to Doctor today (Monday) says she is severely dehydrated and a bad infection. And to top it off been sitting here for 20 min. and they have not done a thing. Went to get her a spite and all they have is mt dew one of the worse things you can drink , in my opinion.
