7 weeks later and still no hot tub and no word from Scott (the owner)!!! If you like being jerked around and lied to, Scott is the place to go!
What an absolute disappointment. I needed some work on my hot tub so I called Scott’s Electric. I spoke with Scott who said he would be able to fix it that week. 3 weeks rolled by and Nothing!!! Called them and talked to Scott again. He said he would be over that afternoon to fix my hot tub. The next day I asked my wife if he came and she said he didn’t. I called Scott’s Electric again, but this time spoke to the receptionist who assured me Scott would be in touch. I told her I just needed to know if he plans on fixing it or not. She apologized and told me, “sometimes things slip Scott’s mind”. I’m mortified this company is still in business and does electrical work for people. What a joke.
On a positive note, I called his competitor (Magnum Electric) who is very customer service friendly, and my hot tub is now fixed.
