A excellent bridal experience!
I am not sure what the 2 negative reviews that were from 3-4 years ago are even from because my experience for my Mother of the Groom dress was top notch! I drove 120 miles just to experience the rave reviews I had heard from co-workers and I cannot say enough amazing things! Nicole's Bridal is one of the largest stores I have been in and the store has only been open for a little over 2 years as Nicole's Bridal & Prom. They have hundreds of dresses to choose from and completely unique ideas and styles to fit anyone's budget. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and dress, accessories and shoes! It was definitely worth the drive and I would do it again in a heart beat!
The Nicole's bridal staff are so helpful and knowledgable about what they are selling. I will never go anywhere else!
The store itself is small and understaffed. All of the dresses are smashed together and not displayed well. While the staff is friendly, if there are more than 2 customers in the store, you're pretty much SOL. The seamstress did shoddy work at best. She had the dress done 3 days before I needed to fly out for the wedding. I left a message asking if they had it done and they never called me back. I had to call them and ask if it was done. And then I had to ask the seamstress to let it out because she didn't tailor it to my specifications, keeping in mind this was done THE DAY before I had to fly out for the wedding. Apparently she thought letting it out less than an inch was what I meant. Still didn't fit very well so I spent another $150 in Washington getting it tailored to my specifications so the tailoring ended up being more than the actual dress cost and she refused to refund my money.
